I learned today that as our first month in school comes to a close, less than a handful of our superheroes have needed administrative intervention. This is such an amazing feat for our school as teachers and staff school wide have been working tirelessly to implement tremendous amounts of change. I see hallways with countless amounts of students respecting the learning environments around them. I witness classrooms with students striving to learn. And, I hear the name of one "super" character being acknowledged every afternoon before going home for the day. What a way to begin and end each school day! Keep it up Windsor Oaks!
Starting and implementing our school wide Superhero Character Ed program has been exhausting but fruitful. I am excited to see the kids using common language
